Exclusive Use of Villa Antonia During Your Event

Villa Antonia allows 11 hours of venue rental with signed contract
(for previous bookings prior to 2023):

One – hour for final planning meeting (usually booked 6-8 weeks prior)

One-hour on site rehearsal the day prior to your event
(specific timing will be determined no sooner than 3 months prior and is based upon availability)

Standard event time is 5 hours from ceremony to send-off

Wedding party can arrive 2 hours prior to ceremony

Up to four hours of vendor set-up time prior to ceremony and one hour for teardown after the event

Additional time can be purchased at any time for $300 per hour during the planning process

Seven hours of venue use day of event
Two hours of vendor set-up before and one hour for teardown after the event
One-hour rehearsal the day prior to your event

Four hours for vendor setup/wedding party arrival prior to ceremony

Five hours from ceremony to guest departure (example 6:00-11:00pm)

One hour for vendor breakdown after guest departure

Indoor ceremony and reception options:

Main Villa includes the Grotto and the Main Hall

Built-in bars in the Villa and Chapel
