Transportation Services for Guest Shuttles from Hotels
Most of our clients opt for shuttle services from one of our trusted transportation vendors. These vendors provide reliable vans, mini buses or coach buses to transport your guests from nearby hotels. This way, your guests can sit back and relax while enjoying the scenic Hill Country drive to Villa Antonia.
While ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available, we recommend shuttle services for their reliability, ensuring all your guests arrive on time. Our venue provides designated street parking for shuttle vehicles along Adrian Way, where guests can enter through our picturesque flagpole entrance. From here, they’ll enjoy breathtaking views of our Waterfall Grotto, Butterfly Garden, and Observation Tower on the way to the Ceremony Terrace.
On-Site Parking at Villa Antonia
For local guests or those driving their own vehicles, we offer three parking lots along with convenient street parking on the beautiful grounds of Villa Antonia. We provide golf cart shuttles from parking lots 2 and 3 to the main venue entrance, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure for your guests. Additionally, we have illuminated pathways for guests who wish to explore the grounds while walking to and from the parking lots.
Parking Attendant Services
Villa Antonia includes a parking attendant for events with up to 125 guests, ensuring seamless coordination and hospitality. If your guest count exceeds 125, a second parking attendant is required for an additional $300. Our parking attendants also oversee vendor arrivals and departures, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
